Smokey satin taupe with a kick of blue/teals

So yesterday's look was so boring, and devoid of color. I thought I'd try it again with a kick of blue/teal. You like?

Items used:
  • Lid: MAC gilded cream e/s with satin taupe on top
  • Smoke the lid with MAC Carbon
  • Next smoke out the waterline with Urban Decay Jinx (from their new Book of shadows Vol 2 palette). You can use MAC Freshwater and/or Deep Truth as well
  • Add UD Flipside below it (from the same UD palette)

  2. Recently found your blog. You are so talented! I'm trying to get into mattes so your blog was a great find!

I don't know if you ever do requests but I love Kristen Stewart's matte brown smokey eye on the newest cover of Allure found here: http://www.gather.com/viewImage.action?fileId=3096224746008933&articleId=281474977855617&grpId=3659174697244816

Could you recreate it? I'm Indian too so I'm not sure what MAC matte brown would be suitable. Thanks for the great blog!!!
